level.
Through detailed SLA's (service level agreements) clients specify their
individual needs, ensuring orders run smoothly and efficiently. The main
objective of the MRO department is to minimise our clients purchasing efforts
for standard products, and to act as specialists for the non-standard products.
Our experienced MRO staff are effectively representatives for your company
within our organisation. All order processing is monitored continuously, and any
non-contract requirements are handled accurately and with the utmost care. Short
lead-times and outside office-hours deliveries are all part of the service
provided. Our staff are trained and equipped to instantly provide you with
essential information on delivery times, stock positions and non-contract
requirements.
Our focus on flexibility and partnership has resulted in successful long-term
agreements with companies such as DOW Chemical, BP, Neste Oil, Kuwait, Total,
Nederlandse Gasunie, AkzoNobel and Stork.
